When you think of Cincinnati, chili is probably the first thing that comes to mind. You wouldn’t think to swoon over our vibrant agency life, hip craft breweries, and evolving food scene that will have any hipster standing on their chair to take the perfect Insta. Why? Cincinnati has an outdated reputation for, well, being outdated. Though our main trait be chili, this up-and-coming city where we reside is piping hot…


We fashioned a profile fit for The Queen City and got to courting out-of-town talent (that’s Midwest charm for ya). We were confident that once top candidates got to know POSSIBLE in the very heart of Cincinnati, top talent would fall for us too.

The Intern Class of 2017 found someone to take a chance and open his heart to a new city, and even a new career. But most of all, to take the giant leap of faith and get on a plane to visit. Sure, the nerves kicked in quick and our date started off awkwardly. What Tinder date doesn’t? But soon we were going halfsies on Banh mi sandwiches, crushing brunch, taking long walks on the beach (okay, the shore of the Ohio River) and found a reason to believe in true love.
